St. John’s Community Health offer testing and other support services for HIV and other communicable diseases. St. John’s ensures that HIV-positive uninsured and under-insured individuals have access to medication. St. John's certified AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) workers assist patients in completing the paperwork for this program and work with the case managers to ensure patients have timely and seamless access to medication.

St. John's accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and many other insurance plans. There are benefits counselors at all of the health centers to help patients determine their eligibility for insurance programs.
