Due to COVID-19 it offers its services only in Queens at the Fresh Meadows and Flushing location, 159-19 Horace Harding Expressway (side road of the Long Island Expwy). Its services are offered to anyone from all 5 boroughs.

Full exams cost $25, re-visits for the same issue within 12 months cost $15, one year vaccines $20-$35, TWO digital x rays $95, FULL blood panel including urinalysis and a Thyroid indicator test $120, dental cleaning including anesthesia $350.
