Medi-Cal program provides transportation for members to appointments for services covered by Medi-Cal. Members can get transportation to medical, dental, mental health, or substance use disorder appointments, and pick up prescriptions.
Schedule
Contact your transportation provider as soon as you know about an appointment, ideally 5 business days before your appointment.
Eligibility Requirements
Participant in Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Available to all beneficiaries with full-scope Medi-Cal and to pregnant women. Transportation must be for services covered by Medi-Cal, and the beneficiary must have no other way to get to the appointment.

Must know the appointment date and time.
