Photo ID required. Applicants between the ages of 18-54 must provide proof of disability.

Cost Details
There is a minimum base cost of $3 if using Lyft, and $4 if using Richmond's R-Transit vehicles. For any Lyft rides, the customer is responsible to pay any overage for trips exceeding $20.
