City of Azusa's Dial-A-Ride service provides transportation assistance for seniors ages 55 and older and individuals living with disabilities within City of Azusa for grocery shopping, appointments and visiting the senior center.

Individuals ages 55 and younger are eligible if living with a permanent disability; Spouses are also eligible to use the service; Can be used for grocery shopping, doctor's appointments, local shopping, senior center visits, and errands,
