Foster To Adoption focuses on guiding families through the adoption process for children who are in foster care and available to be adopted. From orientation to trainings to home studies and post-placement/adoption-adoption support, Family Builders prepares and supports couples and single parents to meet the needs of children waiting to be adopted.

Eligibility Requirements

Parents, Resident of Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, Contra Costa, or Santa Cruz County, Must live in at least a two bedroom residence to begin the process; have no more than 2 infants living with you at one time; have no more than 2 children sharing a bedroom; have no more than 6 children living in the residence at once.
