Information Status
Adult Full Service Partnership (FSP) programs are designed for adults with a severe mental illness diagnosis who would benefit from an intensive service program. Services can be offered inhome and in community settings.

Walk In Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements
For adults (21+): Must have experienced within the last year: serious mental illness, meet medical requirements for specialty mental health services, or be underserved. Must also be: experiencing homelessness, justice-involved, or high utilizer.,
