Social Model's River Community Program offers residential treatment for individuals experiencing mental illness and alcoholism or drug addiction (co-occurring disorders). Must have symptoms of mental health and chemical dependency problems; willingness to participate in a recovery program; no medical problems requiring treatment in an acute setting; and potential to progress to a more independent living arrangement.,
