Raphael House is currently not conducting phone screenings and will not be adding any more families to our wait list. If families have already conducted Raphael House's phone screening and are on our wait list for an informational interview, we encourage them to continue to check in with us via our intake line at 415-345-7237, while the full transition is made to participate in the Family Coordinated Entry. Families will now be asked to go through an Access Point (such as Compass Connecting Point) to be screened for all family shelter options.
