Information Status
The Reentry Coordination System (RCS) provides support for previously incarcerated New Yorkers transitioning into housing with supportive services. The program provides referrals to supportive housing, including video interviews and outpatient treatment.

Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Available to individuals who are seriously mentally ill and who are being released from New York State prisons to the five boroughs of New York City.
