Neighborhood Family Center provides family counseling services. Parents will learn how to recognize abusive behaviors and resolve the issues that lie behind the abuse. The issues covered include adult-child communication, esteem building, discipline, and the responsibilities of parenting. Classes are 2 hours per week for 52 weeks or the court-appointed time, in a co-ed group setting.
