Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) is a day program that provides medical services for individuals who need physical assistance. Clients receive medical assessments, nursing care, meals and nutritional counseling plus physical, speech, behavioral and occupational therapy.

What to do next
To become an EL ARCA program participant, a parent or guardian must first contact their closest regional center (based on home address) for a referral to EL ARCA which then receivea an authorization to provide program services from the regional center.
