NVFS represents clients in family and immigration cases including naturalization applications, adjustment of status (“green card”) applications, removal of conditions, family and fiancée petitions, consular processing, Temporary Protected Status, DACA, NACARA, VAWA applications, U visa and T visa applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for abused, abandoned or neglected children, asylum, work permits, travel documents, documents and advance parole, Freedom of Information Act requests, and defense against deportation.
