EBSC provides legal assistance with travel documents for refugees. The center helps with temporary protective status (TPS), deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), Gender Based Asylum, Affirmative Asylum, and LGBT Asylum. They also provide services with Affirmative Asylum, DACA, Green Cards (permanent resident cards), Work Permits (employment authorization), U.S. Citizenship (naturalization), and services for Unaccompanied Minors.
