The Full Service Partnership (FSP) program provides intensive mental health services to children and adults who are diagnosed with chronic mental illness or substance use disorders. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatric assessment and medication services, case management, client self-help and peer support services, 24/7 crisis response and intervention, benefits establishment, income and housing assistance, linkage to physical health care, substance use treatment, and vocational services.
