Building Futures West County Access Point connects adults and families in San Leandro and Alameda experiencing or at-risk of homelessness with Alameda's Coordinated Entry program. Staff help people access emergency shelter, check eligibility for Coordinated Entry housing, and can refer to community services.

Hours for San Leandro Coordinated Entry Access Point: Tuesdays 10:00AM - 2:00PM. Hours for Alameda Coordinated Entry Access Point: Mondays 10.00AM - 12:00PM.
