Get homeowner counseling to prevent foreclosure, delinquency and default

Project Sentinel offers free counseling to homeowners who are in default on their mortgage or who are concerned about their ability to pay their mortgage. Participants are taught strategies to stabilize household finances and correct debt. This service does not provide monetary assistance for mortgages, only education and counseling.
