Eligible families in East Palo Alto, San Francisco's Bayview neighborhood, and Menlo Park's Belle Haven neighborhood can qualify for home repair services through Habitat for Humanity's home repair program. It provides critical home repairs to improve safety, accessibility, and address deferred maintenance for long time homeowners in Bayview, East Palo Alto, and Belle Haven. In order to qualify one needs to have owned their home for over ten years and live in it full-time in either the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, the city of East Palo Alto, or the community of Belle Haven. Habitat asks for current proof of payment on property taxes and homeowner’s insurance. Income limits apply.
