HANAC's East West Connection Transportation is a transportation service that serves all the districts in Queens. Van service and car service is provided to support senior centers, group trips, and individuals traveling for medical appointments.

Eligibility Requirements
Car service is available for individuals requiring transportation for medical appointments. Must be age 60 or above, and must be physically or geographically unable to use public transportation. Medicaid clients are not eligible for this service.,
