Eligibility descriptionTo be eligible to receive services, you must meet the following requirements: Have a type of case that NMILC handles; Be a resident of New Mexico; and Your income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
Call their office during business hours for more information. NMILC also holds free, open attorney phone hours every Friday from 11 am to 1 pm for anyone that has questions regarding immigration, including their eligibility for SIJS. If you are not sure if you meet the requirements to receive their services, call during the open phone hours to speak with an attorney.
