The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) – COVID 19 provides emergency rent and mortgage payments for Colorado residents financially impacted by COVID-19 on or after April 2020. Note that receiving assistance requires documentation from both the tenant and the landlord.

Eligibility descriptionHouseholds must have an income at most 80% of area median income (AMI); household members must have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 (like a reduction in income); and household members must be at risk of homelessness.
