The Parenting and Child Development program fosters healthy child development from zero to three years of age. With a focus on socialization and home visiting, this program is geared toward families for children 0-3 years old, where there is some risk of developmental delay in the child. LSA’s early childhood specialists guide parents with parenting techniques to help their children achieve developmental milestones at the appropriate time.
