Project Possibility supports young people with disabilities to reach their job training and higher education goals. Participants will create a post-secondary plan, receive coaching, and are connected with other programs and support services.

1) Must have an IEP, 504 Plan, or any documented disability; 2) Must live or attend school in NYC.,
