Must be be at or below 80% of the median income for LA County; Have owned the home for 5 years; Be current with existing mortgage payments; Have an active homeowner insurance policy; Be up to date property taxes; Able to complete 8 hours of work,

Most recent property tax statement; Most recent mortgage statement; Proof of current homeowner’s insurance policy; Recent utility bill; Government issued ID; Most recent federal tax return; Proof of Income; Copy of 2 statements for all bank accounts
