Alameda County Public Defenders offers the Clean Slate Program which helps clients with possible reduction of felonies, early termination of probation, dismissal of local prison cases, infractions, or cases where probation is completed. It also assists with Certificates of Rehabilitation and sealing arrest records when factually innocent.
