Medi-Cal Access Program (MCAP) provides insurance to women who are pregnant and do not have insurance and are not receiving no-cost Medi-Cal or Medicare Part A and Part B. MCAP may also help if you have other health insurance that does not cover maternity services, or with a maternity-only deductible or co-payment greater than $500.
