The Sourcewise Transit Service offers transportation assistance for seniors ages 60 and up and adults with disabilities in Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy. The program provides door–to–door transportation for medical appointments and grocery stores.

People with disabilities,
Resident of Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy,
Must be able to walk with or without a walker or cane, be able to get in and out of the vehicle without assistance, and not currently enrolled in another rideshare program. The service cannot be used for transportation to a COVID-19 test.,
