Wellnest's Access & Wellness Center provides free outpatient services, including mental health screenings for children, adolescents, and adults for select programs. Patients complete assessments on the same day, and will then be linked to services. Childcare is available.

Bring: Applicant’s Medi-Cal ID card and Social Security card. If a child: The caregiver’s picture ID, for non-biological parents, bring documentation indicating the caregiver has the authority to consent for mental health services.
