The Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center (KGACLC) Workers’ Rights Practice Area provides free legal services to individuals who have experienced unfair and illegal treatment at their place of employment. Common issues include: unemployment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, harassment or discrimination, retaliation from employers, and assistance with the Family and Medical Leave Act. KGACLC also offers assistance with claims before the Labor Commission and the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
