Information Status
The Legal Advocates for Children & Youth (LACY) program provides free and confidential legal assistance to children and youth in juvenile dependency, family law, probate guardianship, education matters, and other practice areas.

Housing Intake phone hours are Monday 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Children and Youth Intake phone hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM) and walk-ins are by appointment only. Mental Health phone intake hours are Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and walk-in hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
