Resident of Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, or Palo Alto, Resident of San Mateo County, Applicants must provide proof of home ownership, remain in the home at least 2 years after repairs, and cannot own another house or real estate. Income limits apply and can be found on the application.
