The Queens Diaper Bank provides diapers once every two months per child on a first come, first serve appointment basis. They only provide diapers for newborn – size 7.

Must be a Queens resident and have a child / children aged 4 and under. Receive Medicaid and/or SNAP and/or WIC.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Bring proof of identity for EACH child you registered (either: Insurance/Medicaid card, vaccination card, birth certificate, or hospital discharge papers); Proof of recieving Medicaid, WIC, or SNAP.
