Distribution hours are 9:30AM - 4:00PM at both locations. The Queens Diaper Bank is open two days a month by appointment only.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Bring proof of identity for EACH child you registered (either: Insurance/Medicaid card, vaccination card, birth certificate, or hospital discharge papers); Proof of recieving Medicaid, WIC, or SNAP.

Participant in WIC, Participant in food stamps/SNAP, Parents, Participant in Medicaid/Medi-Cal, Resident of NYC, Must be a Queens resident and have a child / children aged 4 and under. Receive Medicaid and/or SNAP and/or WIC.
