"I went to two different sites. One in Oakland. After 45 mins of waiting. I was told that their system went down and don’t know when it will be back up. Then I went to bayfair Bart. I was told that no more walk ins when there’s no one in line. The info doesn’t match with the website. Seems highly unorganized."
