Call Tuesday through Thursday, 10am -4pm (CST). Say your phone number twice, your message, time zone, state, and good times to reach you.
When you receive the application, make a copy first. Include a 1-2 page summary of your case. Before writing final answers on the application, call. When complete, enclose it with the supporting documentation and a self-addressed stamped envelope to TCP.
