Fred Finch Youth Center's East Bay Wraparound (EBW) offers three programs, the Full Service Partnership (EBW–FSP) that provides service to foster youth living outside the county but are dependents of the San Mateo court system, the Regional Center for youth with intellectual disabilities, and Alameda County FSP serves youth aged 8-18 who have had significant mental health or school difficulties.
