Medical Baseline Allowance Program offers additional electricity and gas at SDG&E's lowest rates to households that use a medical device such as a dialysis machine, electric wheelchair, apnea monitor, or pacemaker.
Eligibility Requirements
1) Must have a qualifying medical condition or use qualifying medical equipment; 2) Person with the qualifying medical condition must live at the address on the application; and 3) Medical equipment must be for home-use only.
