Resident of Sonoma County,
Income limits may apply for free services.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
Proof of income for you and your household. That can look like 3 or 4 months of pay stubs, or bank statements, award letters for SSI or SSDI or CalFresh Card. Please bring any supporting documents like a lease or notices from your landlord.
