The Homeless At-Risk Transitional Students (HARTS) Program provides support services such as discounted transportation passes to current City College of San Francisco students who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.

Must be experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness, and be a current City College of San Francisco student.,

Eligible applicants may need to submit accepted verification of homelessness/housing insecurity or SRO residency.
