The San Francisco Tenants Union operates a tenants rights counseling clinic for members and non-members. Counselors are trained to answer any question regarding your rights as a tenant. Members get access to the tenants' handbook and phone counseling.

Eligibility Requirements

Resident of San Francisco, Do not come to the clinic if you have been served with a "Summons and Complaint For Unlawful Detainer" or eviction notice; the clinic will not be able to assist you. Take this document to the Eviction Defense Collaborative immediately.
