The San Francisco Tenants Union operates a tenants rights counseling clinic for members and non-members. Counselors are trained to answer any question regarding your rights as a tenant. Members get access to the tenants' handbook and phone counseling.

Counseling hours are subject to change with little notice. Verify hours on the website before going to the clinic.
Eligibility Requirements
Resident of San Francisco,
Do not come to the clinic if you have been served with a "Summons and Complaint For Unlawful Detainer" or eviction notice; the clinic will not be able to assist you. Take this document to the Eviction Defense Collaborative immediately.
