SF City Clinic offers low-cost HIV testing, counseling, referral, post-exposure prevention and early care for people who test positive for HIV. Confidential HIV counseling and testing is offered to people who are considered to be in high-risk groups. Their HIV Early Care Clinic can help those who are uninsured or need help finding a healthcare provider and other issues that sometimes keep people from getting medical care and treatment for HIV. They provide expert HIV medical care and social work assistance for eligible patients. Their experienced team is available to assess eligibility and help with a wide variety of practical needs, including referrals to insurance, housing, food, dental care, and other benefits.

Eligibility descriptionHIV testing and counseling are offered to high-risk groups, including those diagnosed with gonorrhea and syphilis; GBT men; and injection drug users. People that meet Family Pact eligibility requirements and enroll in the program can also be tested.

The Clinic is located between Folsom and Harrison. Thursday morning is reserved for specialty clinics: HIV Care, PrEP, and Women. From 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM on Tuesdays and from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Thursday, only patients with symptoms of an STD can be seen.
