The RotaCare San Jose Free Medical Clinic is offering appointments, free of charge, in Spanish and English, on Wednesday evenings, for all community members over 18 years of age, who do not have medical insurance, and who have limited finances.

At present, San Jose RotaCare is offering telephone appointments every Wednesday evening, and in-person clinic appointments on the first and third Wednesday evenings of the month. Appointments start at 5:00 PM.
