The Deaf Affordable Housing Corporation (DAHC) is a program operated at GLAD under Section 8 of the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department that provides 14 apartments for income-eligible senior citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Applicants must be deaf or hard of hearing, age 55 and up, with qualifying income of $28,550 for one person or $32,600 for two people per year and a good credit background.,
