Children's Health Council's (CHC) RISE is an intensive outpatient program for teens ages 13-18 with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. The program offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), groups, evaluations, psychiatry, and medication management.

The program is intended for teens who have suicidal thoughts or behaviors, have recently attempted suicide, or repetitively engage in self-harm behaviors.,
