The Females Against Violence (FAV) Program is a 6-month leadership program for Latina and other young women of color. Participants receive 50 hours of training on teen dating, domestic violence, sexual assault, and gang life and then conduct violence prevention workshops and presentations for their peers and community, at schools, other community-based organizations, and youth focused organizations.

The program has two sessions per year, 22 weeks, 6 hours per week. January-June session meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. July-December session meets Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
