Home Health Aides/Personal Care Aides work in clients’ private homes and in assisted living facilities. Candidates must read at 6th grade level as determined by an assessment test. HHA duties include assisting clients in personal care, escorting clients to medical appointments, shopping, paying bills, etc. Course hours include 85 classroom hours and 5 hours of CPR training.
