Los Angeles County Bar Association organizes a small claims workshop that provides education and assistance to self-represented litigants. Litigants have to chance to meet one-on-one with a volunteer to clarify procedural issues, ask additional questions, and prepare for their hearings. The workshop is conducted by volunteer attorneys and law students.
