The Homebuyer Workshop teaches homebuyers to understand loan terminology, loan qualification criteria, the loan application, and closing processes, financing, and real estate transaction processes. Participants also learn how to search for and select suitable homes, make informed loan decisions, and be a responsible homeowner. Pre- and post- home purchase counseling are available.
