Apply for a college scholarship for blind California residents

California Council of the Blind Information Status

The California Council of the Blind awards scholarships to legally blind residents who are attending, or will be attending, a college, university, or vocational school as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student. It is not required to be attending a college or university in California. Awards will be granted on the basis of academic scholarship and other factors.
