Information Status
The Achieving Change Together Partnership For Families (ACT/PFF) program is a child abuse prevention program that provides one-stop services for pregnant parents and families with children age five years or younger. Services include case management, vocational and educational services, child development services, parenting services, emergency funds, domestic violence services, a fatherhood program, and linkage and referral services.

Parents,
Resident of Los Angeles County,
Referred by LA County Department of Children and Family Services, or pregnant parents living in South LA who meets 1 or more of the following criteria: young maternal age, history of domestic violence, substance abuse, or mental health issues.
